Dear Camden-Wyoming Sewer & Water customer,
Date: TUESDAY, September 4, 2018

Time Period: Beginning approximately 10:00 am

This morning the CWSWA was informed that a flow test was
completed on the fire suppression system at the Grotto Pizza
located on Rt 13, Camden DE.
This type of flow testing may contribute to discoloration of water
this morning.
We do apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused.
When we are informed in advance of this type of testing taking
place, we can notify the public ahead of time and prepare the
system to try and minimize instances of brown water.
You may experience brown water into the evening from this
testing taking place.
Please note that we continue to monitor our water system. We
maintain appropriate chlorine levels as required by the state and
samples are pulled from our system and submitted to the state on a
monthly basis as required by the Office of Drinking Water.
